Single Trade
For subcontractors and focused bid packages
- Quantity takeoff for one trade
- Marked drawing set
- Editable Excel report
- Optional labor and material pricing
Every quote is based on project scope, drawing volume, trade complexity and required turnaround.
We do not use a one-size-fits-all fee because a small trade takeoff and a full commercial estimate require very different effort. After reviewing the plans, we send a written proposal confirming scope, deliverables, price and turnaround.
There is no obligation to proceed, and no project starts until you approve the quotation.
