Clear scope. Useful deliverables.
Organize masonry quantities by wall type, material and elevation, with openings and accessories clearly identified.
Trade scope and measurement
- Block, brick and veneer areas
- Mortar, grout and reinforcement allowances
- Openings, lintels, flashings and wall accessories
The trade package starts with the relevant plans, details and specifications. Quantities are separated by system, assembly or work area so the scope can be reviewed without losing the connection to the source drawings. Measurement units and exclusions remain visible throughout the package.
Coordination with adjacent work
Construction trades share interfaces. Openings, supports, penetrations, access and finishing boundaries can affect what each contractor includes. We record these interfaces and flag items requiring clarification rather than assuming that another trade has covered them.
Pricing and procurement support
A quantity schedule can support supplier enquiries, subcontractor quote comparisons or a priced bid. Tell us whether material, labor and equipment allowances belong in your package. Local supplier quotes and installation assumptions can be incorporated when available, with their basis identified for review.
Addenda and changes
Issue the latest addenda with your request. For revisions, provide the previous and current drawing issues so changed scope can be identified. The update boundary and intended output are agreed before the revised package is prepared.
